GOODYEAR, AZ — A Goodyear man has been arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor after a tip from the Australian police.

Court records show that on March 17, Special Agents from Homeland Security in Phoenix received a tip from a victim identification analyst from Queensland Police Services in Australia.

The analyst reportedly found photos and videos of an 8- to - 10-year-old child and the analyst was able to locate the GPS position of where child pornography videos were recorded.

The photos and video were found to be recorded at a home in Goodyear near Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road. The analyst determined that 37 pictures and two videos were recorded from February to April 2016.

Police records show that the homeowner, Jesse Anthony Garcia, 29, was working as a contract employee at a school in the Phoenix Union High School District. He was later fired for "inappropriate behavior with a minor." His firing came about 45 days before the first photos were posted. His firing reportedly stemmed from Garcia communicating with a student via social media in violation of school policy.

On Sunday, Homeland Security agents served a warrant at Garcia's home. There they reportedly found that a room in the house with the same decor as the room seen in the videos and photos. Court records also show that Garcia's voice also matched a voice heard in the videos.
