PHOENIX — Phoenix police have made an arrest in a shooting that led to a deadly rollover crash on September 24.
Police say detectives developed probable cause to arrest 35-year-old Steven Orona Thursday in connection to the incident.
Orona allegedly shot the driver and sole occupant of the car, Larry Milligan, 39, near 7th Avenue just south of Interstate 17.
Milligan was pronounced dead on the scene.
Following the incident, police released a video and photos on social media searching for the suspect.

Orona was arrested nearly two months later and allegedly admitted to shooting the victim, Phoenix police say.
He has been booked into the Maricopa County Jail for one count of 1st degree murder, and one count of a drive-by shooting.
