A man has been arrested after he allegedly used a camera to look under and over a restroom stall.

Police say that on April 15 a man was using the restroom at the Walmart store in El Mirage near Dysart and Thunderbird roads when he saw a camera watching him, not once but twice.

While the victim was in the bathroom he saw a cell phone camera come over the top of the stall. As he was in shock from the incident, he noticed the cell phone camera reappear, this time underneath the stall.

Police say when the victim exited the restroom, he confronted 25-year-old Francisco Reveles. Reveles reportedly told the victim that he was sorry and that he did not take any pictures of him.

Reveles allegedly told police that he used the camera to view the adjacent stall but did not take any pictures.

His phone was seized by police and Reveles has been charged with voyeurism.
