MESA — A repeat sex offender is accused of molesting and impregnating two underage teenage girls, according to a press release issued by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

On April 3, MCSO's Special Victim's Unit (SVU) received a report from the Arizona Department of Child Safety indicating Samuel B. Duncan, a registered sex offender, had molested an underage teenage girl, MCSO says.

MCSO SVU investigated and discovered Duncan, 38, had failed to register as a sex offender and had violated his probation. As detectives worked to trace Duncan's whereabouts, they also discovered he allegedly had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl multiple times, resulting in a pregnancy.

According to MCSO, DNA tests concluded Duncan is the father of the child.

In the course of their investigation, MCSO SVU detectives also discovered Duncan had molested a 14-year-old girl, who is currently pregnant.

MCSO says they are waiting for DNA test results to determine if Duncan is the father of the unborn child.

Duncan was arrested at a Mesa home and booked on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, probation violation, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and resisting arrest.
