A Mesa woman was been arrested, accused of having sex with her teenage co-worker.
Court records show that Norma Laliana Hernandez, 35, has in a sexual relationship with her 16-year-old co-worker since January.
Mesa police say Hernandez met her victim at an assisted living facility in Mesa where they both work.
Their sexual relationship started in February. In the following months she had sex 16 times with the teen from February until July.
Hernandez would usually pick him up early for work then have sex in a parking lot in east Mesa, although in July she picked him up and took him to a motel room in Apache Junction for the weekend.
Hernandez has been charged with 16 counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
