One person was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting near 7th Street and Buckeye Road Wednesday.
Phoenix police say the person was found shot inside a vehicle.
Officials did not confirm the age of the victim, but say the person shot was a male.
According to police, a witness told officers the shooting happened at an apartment complex near 17th and Adams streets.
The investigation remains ongoing.
