PHOENIX — One man is dead and another is hurt after a shooting at a gas station in Phoenix Thursday.
The Phoenix Police Department responded to a shooting just after 2:15 a.m. near 48th Street and McDowell Road.
Upon arrival, they found two men with gunshot wounds. They were transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
At the hospital, 27-year-old Kevin Turner was pronounced dead and the other is in critical condition.
During the initial investigation, detectives believe an argument led to the shooting. Devalon Jackson, 38, was arrested and faces several charges including murder.
