Bondage items, small dolls and children’s clothing was found at the home of a man possessing child pornography.
Detectives from the Phoenix Police Department received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding images depicting child pornography being uploaded from an internet address in Phoenix.
On August 3, police raided the home of 66-year-old Noel James Hebets, near 48th Street and Thomas Road. On his computer, they allegedly found multiple files depicting child porn. They also report that they found software programs used to send images of children being sexually exploited.
Investigators also say, inside the home, they found 'multiple bondage items,' small dolls and children's clothing.
Police say they are concerned for the children living in the area.
Hebets has been charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
