CHANDLER, AZ — A Chandler couple with children has been arrested for trespassing in a home for sale through an online real estate company.

Chandler police report that on September 7 they responded to a home near Gilbert Road and Chandler Boulevard for possible squatters.

Once they arrived, they allegedly found a stroller, clothing, food and personal items "scattered throughout the house."

They contacted Gary Lynn, 29 and Adriana Gamboa, 26, who said they found the home unsecured. Police say the home is currently for sale through an online real-estate company. Potential homebuyers contact the company and receive a code to unlock the door and enter the house.

Police say they found the company application on Gamboa's phone.

While inside the home Gamboa allegedly used the shower and bathed her two small children.

The Arizona Department of Child Safety took the children. Gamboa and Lynn were arrested for trespassing, with Lynn also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
