PEORIA, AZ — A Colorado couple has been arrested after allegedly shoplifting over $10,000 of products from 10 Sprouts locations across the Metro Phoenix area.

Glendale and Peoria police report that on November 10, Timothy Robert Becker, 24 and Jolanta Krasowska, 50, were arrested at the Sprouts store near 99th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.

Police say the couple, who are from Colorado Springs, admitted to shoplifting vitamin supplements and other products from Sprouts stores in Peoria, Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Avondale from November 8 to November 10.

In total, the items taken are valued at $10,588, according to court records.

Much of the property was located in a rental vehicle they were using.

They have been charged with theft and two counts of shoplifting, however, police say other jurisdictions are planning on filing additional charges.
