An El Mirage man was arrested for Aggravated DUI five days after pleading guilty to the same charges just days earlier.
El Mirage police report that on April 1, they arrested 33-year-old Justin Lee Griffin near El Mirage and Cactus roads.
Griffin was allegedly already drinking when he took his girlfriend's car to get more alcohol.
Police located and pulled over Griffin, who was given a breathalyzer test and reportedly registered a blood-alcohol level of .161.
Police say Griffin had pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI on March 26, just five days prior.
He reportedly also has an extreme DUI conviction from December and has had his license suspended.
