EL MIRAGE, AZ — An extreme DUI driver was caught driving the wrong way on US-60 in El Mirage, according to court paperwork.
El Mirage police report that on January 9, just after midnight, officers saw a vehicle drive over the median on US-60 near Waddell Road, and continue driving in the wrong direction.
Police say the vehicle, driven by Angela Suzanne Morgan, 30, struck a guardrail and nearly hit several cars on the road. Morgan eventually stopped at a neighborhood stop sign.
Morgan allegedly admitted to drinking two beers and two shots. Police say she blew a .333 on the breathalyzer.
Morgan was arrested for aggravated extreme DUI and wrong-way driving.
