A Glendale man has been arrested for allegedly sending nude pictures of his ex-girlfriend to her mom and other family members.

Glendale police report that on April 25, they arrested Mustafa Baram Bakr for violating an order of protection and extorting an ex-girlfriend.

Police say Bakr broke an order of protection when he sent three messages to the victim, saying he needed to speak with her, "because of his immigration status."

After getting no response from the victim, Bakr reportedly sent the last message saying the "victim’s life would be ruined and so will his."

Bakr then allegedly sent nude pictures of the victim to family members in the United States and other countries.

He has been charged with extortion and interfering with judicial proceedings.
