PHOENIX — A 28-year-old man is accused of molesting two pre-teen boys at a west Phoenix apartment complex.
Phoenix police report that on Monday morning, they arrested Randy Michael Moore near 51st Avenue and Thomas Road.
Police say that Moore is accused of molested two young boys who live in the same apartment complex in West Phoenix. Moore is reportedly a friend to the families of both victims.
In the first instance, Moore is accused of molesting a 5-year-old in his home. The incident was allegedly witnessed by the victim's older sister, who police say, drew a picture of what happened that day.
Another victim, a 10-year-old boy, also came forward, saying Moore molested him. This incident was also witnessed by the victim's older sister.
Moore is being held on a $150,000 cash bond for two counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
