A man is accused of taking a photo up a woman’s skirt at a Peoria Walmart.
Peoria police report that on Aug. 24 a woman alerted employees at the Walmart, near 83rd and Peoria avenues, that a man was taking photos of her.
Security located Justin Alexander Carrera, 24, on camera and watched as he allegedly used his cell phone to take a picture up a woman's skirt when she wasn't looking, court paperwork said.
Security attempted to contact Carrera but he ran out of the store, officials said. He was located by police a few blocks away.
Police say Carrera admitted to his actions and allegedly said he had done this before at a Fry's grocery store in Avondale.
Police are still attempting to locate the victim.
Carrera has been charged with surreptitious photographing.
