A live video feed helped Phoenix police capture a church burglar.

Phoenix police report that on November 28 just after midnight, they received word of a burglary in process at a church near 43rd Avenue and Union Hills Drive.

Valley Cathedral officials watched a live video feed that reportedly showed a man trying to break into the church.

Police startled the suspect, 30-year-old Brandon Ellery Morgan, who ran from the scene but was soon captured.

Police say Morgan has an extensive criminal record and a pending felony case against him.

He has been charged with attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.
