A man is accused of groping a woman at a light rail station in Tempe recently.
Tempe police report that on June 1 around 7 p.m. a woman at the light rail platform near Price Road and Apache Boulevard had a conversation with 22-year-old Damrya Dakembe Zyberi.
Shortly after, police say Zyberi allegedly grabbed her inappropriately and then asked her, "if she liked it."
The victim said 'no' and yelled at him not to do it again.
Zyberi left the area jumping several residential fences to evade police. He was soon caught in a nearby resident’s backyard.
Zyberi has been charged with sexual abuse and criminal trespassing.
