A man jumped from a moving vehicle driven by a suspected drunk driver.

Phoenix police report that on November 5 around 3.a.m., a man got into a car with 33-year-old Emerald Teri Decker.

Police say Decker had been drinking at a sports bar at Metrocenter mall.

Decker reportedly began driving recklessly and hitting the curb. The victim was frightened and begged to be let out of the car, but Decker refused and kept driving.

He later jumped out of the moving vehicle near 27th and Peoria avenues.

Decker denied being the driver, however, police say, surveillance video from a nearby QuikTrip shows Decker as the driver.

Police say Decker was driving on a suspended license and had an arrest warrant from DPS.

She has been charged with endangerment and aggravated DUI.
