A Mesa man has been arrested after shooting video of a couple taking a shower together, according to court records.
Mesa police report that on November 18, about 11:30 p.m., they were called to a home near Center Street and Broadway Road.
There they found 50-year-old Gregoria Rodarte outside the house, with blood on his hands and clothes.
Rodarte was reportedly known to at least one of the victims in the case.
Police say Rodarte pulled a knife on them before surrendering.
Rodarte reportedly admitted to police that he was shooting video with his cell phone of the man and woman in the shower.
While moving to get a new angle, Rodarte says he accidentally broke the window. The glass injured himself and the two victims.
One of the victims allegedly told police, however, that after Rodarte was discovered, he shattered the front window of the home with a sledgehammer.
He has been charged with surreptitious recording, assault, and criminal damage.
