A woman was sexually assaulted while getting a prenatal massage to relieve pain.

Mesa police report that on Monday afternoon, 41-year-old David Ryska was arrested at his home near 24th Street and Beardsley Road.

Two days earlier, police say, Ryska, a licensed therapist, made a house call to a woman seeking a prenatal massage to relieve pelvic pain.

During the massage, Ryska reportedly commented to the victim saying, "It's a good thing your husband isn't home."

He later allegedly touched and kissed her body inappropriately during the massage.

The woman demanded that he leave, which he did, after saying he wouldn't charge her for the visit.

While police were listening, Ryska reportedly told the victim in a phone call that he was sorry for what he did and would accept the consequences.

Ryska has been a therapist for twelve years.

His next scheduled court appearance is November 28.
