A Phoenix man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a young girl multiple times.

According to Phoenix police, on Friday, Oct. 5, 70-year-old Jose Guadalupe Ulloa was arrested at his home near 12th Street and Thomas Road.

A young girl told police last year that Ulloa pushed her into a chair, kissed her and touched her chest. She tried to push him away, but he allegedly tried to touch her again.

The girl told police she was able to run away.

A few weeks ago, the girl reported a similar event to the police.

When questioned by police, Ulloa reportedly admitted to knowing the girl and admitted to molesting her "three to four times," according to the report.

He is being held without bond until his next court appearance, which is scheduled for Thursday.
