PHOENIX — A man was arrested after allegedly threatening to castrate another man and trespassing in his property.
According to a Phoenix police report, on January 29 officers were called to a home near 40th Street and Baseline Road for a man trespassing.
They found 33-year-old Robert Leslie Sargent trespassing at the house and violating an order of protection.
The protection order was filed against Sargent after he allegedly sent a text to the homeowner threatening to castrate him.
Police say, at the time of his arrest, Sargent had active arrest warrants from Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, and MCSO.
A small bag of meth was also found in his pocket when he arrived at the jail.
He has been charged with drug possession, criminal trespassing, and violating a court order.
