WICKENBURG, AZ — A man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a teen girl near a Wickenburg park.
Wickenburg police report that on October 5, officers responded to Coffinger Park, where a 15-year-old girl was reportedly sexually assaulted in a nearby wash.
Police say the girl was forced into the wash by 24-year-old Christopher Allen Stacy.
When Stacy was located and arrested two days later, he allegedly admitted to his actions saying this was the second time with the same victim. The first time occurred two months ago in a public restroom at the park.
Court records show that Stacy has multiple prior convictions and was "preying upon juveniles."
Stacy was on pre-trial release from an April arrest for aggravated assault on a minor. He is being held without bond on one count of sexual conduct with a minor.
