A man who is accused of stealing multiple times from various Mexican meat markets is now behind bars.

Phoenix Police report that during May, three Mexican meat markets and a Family Dollar Store in the area of 59th Avenue and McDowell Road were robbed.

In each case, an armed man pointed his weapon at clerks and an unarmed security guard and took cash from the cash tray.

Police say, in total, he stole about $5,000 in cash.

Surveillance video from each of the locations reportedly shows a man with tattoos on his neck, acne on his face and usually wearing a red and black Diamondbacks hat.

On June 22, police say, they received an anonymous tip saying 30-year-old Seth Luis Magdaleno was the person responsible for the crimes.

Magdaleno already had an active warrant from the Arizona Department of Corrections. Police showed his DOC photo to the victims who positively identified him as the suspect.

Magdaleno is being held on a $100,000 bond on armed robbery charges.
