PHOENIX — A man was arrested after reportedly pointing a handgun at a woman after a traffic collision.

Phoenix police report that on Feb. 10, two vehicles collided near 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. At that time, police say, Noel Pascual Jacinto, 32, pulled his car around to the victim's driver's side and pointed a handgun at the woman.

Police say the woman saw the gun's laser pointing at her, and she became frightened and left the area. Jacinto followed the woman who pulled into the driveway of a home about a mile away.

Police said when she and her passenger got out of the car, Jacinto pointed his handgun at both of them. He also allegedly pointed his weapon at a man who came out of the home to de-escalate the situation.

Jacinto has been charged with aggravated assault.
