A pizza delivery man is accused of having sex with two underage co-workers.
Court records show that a man, already in jail for having sex with a minor co-worker, is now being accused by another victim.
Police say that a second victim has come forward accusing 23-year-old David Anthony Nottingham of having sex with her at work.
The 16-year-old victim reported to police that Nottingham befriended her while they were both working at the Pizza Hut, near 48th Street and Broadway Road. She reported to police that they had sex two times, once in Nottingham's car, as it was parked in the restaurant parking lot and another time behind the building.
The victim reportedly made it clear that she was only a sophomore in high school.
Police say the two victims do not know each other
Nottingham, already facing 5 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, will now have two more counts added on.
