Tempe police located an armed robbery suspect with an AK-47, the victim’s wallets and "pot brownies."

On December 3 at about 4 a.m., police say they pulled over a vehicle for a potential DUI near Rural Road and Apache Boulevard.

Inside the car, police found several wallets that did not belong to the driver or the passenger, 20-year-old Tison Malik Odom. They also reportedly found a loaded AK-47 and what appeared to be "marijuana brownies."

Odom, who is out on bond for armed robbery, allegedly said he bought the "pot brownies" admitting to, "consuming them regularly."

Investigators found out that the wallets were recently stolen from a home invasion. The victims identified Odom as the man who knocked on their door and entered the house, by pointing an AK-47 at the owner.

He then allegedly pushed the victim into a room and stole their wallets.

Odom asserts that he found the wallets near a dumpster. He is being held without bond on kidnapping charges.
