Police have arrested a Phoenix man accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Court documents show the victim's friend alerted police after she found out about the alleged relationship between her friend and 28-year-old Justin Killingbeck.
Police say the ongoing relationship started in November of last year, and the victim described multiple sexual encounters with Killingbeck.
Police also found sexually-oriented pictures of Killingbeck on the victim's phone and computer, allegedly sent by him.
Police say the victim's mother recognized Killingbeck as a family acquaintance, and the parents say he is aware that the girl was just a teenager.
Killingbeck was arrested on Feb. 22 in north Phoenix near Cave Creek and Cactus roads and admitted to police that he had sex with the 14-year-old victim at least five times.
Killingbeck is being held without bond on 10 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
