Multiple Sears stores around the Valley and state are on the chopping block after the company declared bankruptcy.
The Flagstaff store was on a list of store closures released in August, however, several others were just announced.
Court documents show the stores that are in the works to close down include:
- Sierra Vista: 2250 El Mercado Loop
- Yuma: 3150 S 4th Ave.
- Mesa: 6515 E Southern Ave
- Phoenix: 7611 W Thomas Rd.
- Chandler: 3177 Chandler Village Dr.
A total of 142 locations nationwide will close this year as part of this announcement, according to court paperwork.
