SURPRISE, AZ — Nearly 24,000 families in northwest Phoenix now have a better idea of what "back to school" could look like.
The Dysart Unified School District, laying out its initial reopening plans during a recent governing board meeting.
While these plans are subject to change, the highlights include:
- Temperature checks for all students and staff on campus, twice a day.
- Expanding a full-time, online instruction option for all students grades K-12
- Additional school cleanings throughout the day
- All students in grades 3-12 will have their own technology devices.
