You could be getting a decent size check in the mail.
And this time, it's REAL!
$964! That's the amount going out to owners of certain 2009-2014 Volkswagens.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich sued the automaker over false advertising involving it's "clean" diesel cars.
Volkswagen has admitted to rigging certain diesel vehicles to cheat emissions tests.
The 10 million dollar settlement means three batches of checks going out.
The others go out in November and in January.
And Brnovich says there may be thousands of other Arizonans who bought the affected cars and have not filed a claim.
You have until November 26th to do that.
Brnovich also says if there's money left over, owners could get a second check of a lesser amount.
