PHOENIX — The supplements claim they are "clinically shown to improve memory."
They're called Algal-900 DHA and sold at CVS.
But a lawsuit alleges those claims are deceptive.
The settlement means if you bought between November 15, 2008 and September 30, 2016, you could get your money back or a store voucher.
The deadline to file a claim is December 12, 2019.
The company claims no wrongdoing in reaching this settlement.

Topclassaction.com's Scott Hardy says a lawsuit alleges the company didn't do enough to protect information from being exposed and possibly sold to scammers.
The breach happened between March 24 and April 18, 2017.

A settlement means you could get up to $250 if you can prove out of pocket expenses in having to deal with your information stolen because of this breach.

Another class action lawsuit involves Gap and Banana Republic outlet stores.
It alleges the store's "compare at" prices showing what the item would cost in their other stores, were fake.
The suit alleges many of the items were only made for the outlet stores and not sold other places.
The settlement means if you bought between May 24, 2010 and May 10, 2019, you could get a $12 store credit for each item.
The company claims no wrongdoing in reaching this settlement.
The deadline to file a claim is January 6, 2020.
