You've likely heard of the prescription drug Adderall.
It's used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other conditions.
It's expensive, but should there have been a cheaper version available years ago?
Scott Hardy with Topclassactions.com says the makers of Adderall XR faced a class action lawsuit alleging they delayed a generic version for years.
A settlement could me $16 back per prescription bought.
The deadline to file is October 7, 2016.
The drug maker admits no wrongdoing.

Have a debt collector call your cell phone?
A company called Convergent Outsourcing reached a class action settlement over allegations they illegally called cell phones using auto dialers, without consent.
If it happened to you, you could get up to $150 back depending on how many people file a claim.
The deadline to file is September 26, 2016.
Convergent Outsourcing claimed no wrongdoing.

Do you own a Garmin Forerunner 610 sport watch?
The company settled a lawsuit over false advertising claims that the watch would hold up during a marathon.
But the suit claims the wristband fell apart while someone was wearing it during that 26.2 mile run.
If you bought one between April 2011 and July 2014, you could get back the cost of a replacement band or the cost of repairs up to $75.
The deadline to file is September 28, 2016.
Garmin admitted no wrongdoing.
