What kind of deal are you really getting at Ross stores?
A class action lawsuit claims those "compare at" prices for other stores are not real and to make you think you're getting a better deal.
Scott Hardy with topclassactions.com says if you bought after June 20, 2011, you could receive part of the $4.8 million settlement in store vouchers.

Another settlement involves TransUnion credit reports and allegations they may include false records, like civil judgments or tax liens.
If inaccuracies cause denials of services or products, and you can prove it, you may be able to claim up to $2,000.
To be included, you needed to have requested and received your report from TransUnion between May 20, 2009 and March 23, 2018.
The deadline to file a claim is 3/20/2020.

Finally, a lawsuit settlement involving certain 2014 and 15 Jeeps and Chryslers and allegations of defective 9-speed automatic transmissions.
If you made at least 3 transmission-related complaints to a Fiat Chrysler authorized dealer, you could get up to $2,000 cash or a $4,000 trade-in value.
The deadline to file a claim is 5/15/2019.
The automaker claims no wrongdoing in reaching this settlement.
