PHOENIX — Phoenix police say that a child died near 32nd Street and Thomas Road early Sunday morning.
Just before 5:30 a.m., officers received a call about a child not breathing.
When first responders arrived, they attempted to treat the child at the scene.
The child was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not said what led to the child's death, but they do not believe the death is suspicious.
