Police say the teen victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital where he is in “grave and critical condition" Friday morning. Glendale police did not have an update on the teen's condition when announcing the arrest Sunday morning.

Police say 27-year-old Joshua Holbert saw a Friday press conference and a police presence in and around his apartment complex which made him decide to turn himself in.

He was officially processed on Saturday.
