PHOENIX — A Valley woman accused of "playing" nurse has been indicted by a grand jury.
Ondranique Walls, who once ran a medspa in Scottsdale and claimed she was a nurse, is now facing multiple counts of fraudulent schemes, taking the identity of another, and practicing nursing without a license.
Walls has been on ABC15's radar for almost two years now. Investigative reporter Dave Biscobing first highlighted her alleged scams in March 2018. Since then, multiple victims who say they have received botox and Dysport injections from Wall's medspa have come forward to tell their stories.
Walls was arrested during a traffic stop by Scottsdale police Thursday. She has posted a $5,000 cash bond and released from jail.
Multiple nurses who unsuspectingly applied to work at Wall's medspa have contacted ABC15, worried that she will steal their identity and, once again, start treating patients.
