PHOENIX — Phoenix police were called to investigate a suspicious item in the area near 1st Street and Washington Tuesday.
During the incident, the situation was very active and everyone was told to avoid the area.
According to Phoenix Fire officials, the suspicious item was found at a business mailroom and has been determined to not be dangerous.
The building was evacuated as a precaution.
No other details have been provided.
