PHOENIX — Officials have identified skeletal remains that were discovered Monday afternoon near 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
According to police, a witness called officials saying, "they believed there were human remains on a remote area on a mountain."
Officials with the Office of the Medical Examiner collected the remains for processing and identification, and they have since identified them as a missing teenager out of Peoria.
The teen, Bradley Klose, had reportedly been missing since April 2024 and the cause of death is under investigation. Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances or any foul play involved.
The investigation remains ongoing.
