The drug smugglers behind this incident were creative and disguised the drugs by wrapping it up in orange packaging that looked like carrots.
Border patrol agents found nearly 3,000 fake carrots hidden among the real ones, weighing nearly 25,000 pounds.
The street value for the fake carrots but very real drugs? Half a million bucks.
