Despite challenges facing the Valley’s housing market, first-time homebuyers are doing what they can to avoid being priced out.

The median age of first-time homebuyers has risen to a record 38 years old, according to the National Association of Realtors.

Arizona has multiple first-time homebuyer assistance programs, including down payment assistance and rural incentives. More here.
