Fiat Chrysler is recalling more than 750,000 Ram trucks in two separate recalls due to their steering and pedals.

The first recall affects almost 574,000 heavy-duty trucks. It includes Ram 3500s from the 2013-2017 model year, Ram 2500 pickups and 3500 Chassis Cabs from the 2014-2017 model years.

Fiat Chrysler says they've discovered a specific steering-linkage configuration that may separate over time, causing the driver to experience steering loss. Concerned drivers can search online < /span> to see if their trucks are covered by this recall.

The second recall covers almost 194,000 2019 Ram 1500 pickups with adjustable pedals. Fiat Chrysler says more than a third of the trucks covered are sill in dealer hands and will be fixed before they are delivered to customers.

In this case, the company says the recall is necessary to further secure the brake pedals while the vehicles' adjustable-pedal feature is in use. Fiat Chrysler says they have discovered that activating their feature to move the pedals to their rear-most position could result in the brake pedal falling off.
