A Florida woman is accused of pulling a knife on a man inside a Dollar General store Sunday night after the man complained about her passing gas.
The Miami Herald reports that 37-year-old Shanetta Yvette Wilson was in line to check out at the Dania Beach store when she got into an argument with customer John Walker "in reference to the defendant farting loudly."
Police reports stated that's when Wilson allegedly pulled out a small knife from her purse and threatened to "gut" Walker. She reportedly pulled back in an apparent attempt to attack the victim, who feared for his life, the affidavit said.
Responding officers located Wilson and she was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
