Actor Stan Lee has died at the age of 95, according to a report by TMZ.
Stan Lee was a co-creator of Marvel Comics.

TMZ reports that Lee was rushed to the hospital from his home Monday morning but did not survive.
Lee had reportedly suffered from pneumonia and other medical conditions over the last year or so.

Lee was the creator of Spider-Man, X-Men, The Hulk, and The Avengers.
It's unclear what led to his death Monday.
