Matt from Chandler sent us an email that asked, "Who has the right of way for someone making a u-turn at an intersection on a green light into a lane where someone else is making a right turn on red?"
ABC15 reached out to the Chandler Police Department for Matt who said left turns and u-turns are considered one in the same.
When a driver is making a left turn, they never have the right of way, so in Matt's example the right-turning vehicle gets to go first.
