PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Elections Department is testing tabulation equipment ahead of the 2024 Primary Election.
The department is testing for accuracy and making sure the ballot-counting machines are programmed correctly.
The public can view the process, which started at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, in a livestream online. The process is expected to continue throughout the day on Tuesday.
The process is done before and after every election.
