PHOENIX — Republican Andy Biggs wins reelection to U.S. House in Arizona's 5th Congressional District.

The Republican's win means he will serve a fourth term in Congress.

Biggs was first elected to the U.S. House in 2016.

He knocks off challengers Democrat Javier Ramos and Independent Clint Smith.
