PHOENIX, AZ — We've spoken to Mikki Gray a couple times over the past few weeks.
She first got our attention with a letter she wrote explaining her frustration with navigating our state's unemployment system.
This week we met up with Mikki again. This time had some good news.
A viewer saw her story and asked us to help deliver some hope in the form of a money gift card.
We don't know how much. Or who from. But we do know Mikki is grateful.
"Thank you viewer, whoever you are. So sweet," she said.
And she's not just grateful for the money, she grateful for the kind words that came with it.
"It’s someone that’s been there and that means a lot so thank you. I'll continue to pay it forward," she said.
A mission that starts with her co-workers...
"I’m gonna share with my girls at the bar. That’s what I’m gonna do," she said.
