Police said Sunday that 40-year-old Christina Rascon, of Casa Grande, has been booked for manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal collision and DUI.
According to investigators, the incident occurred shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday.
Twenty-year-old Emily Akins was riding a bicycle when she was struck.

Authorities say she had signs of alcohol impairment.
It was not immediately known if Rascon had an attorney.
