Posted

Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing Casa Grande man who hasn't been seen since Thursday afternoon.

Neighbors told Casa Grande police that 63-year-old Johnny B. Meier said he was going four-wheeling at Casa Grande Mountain around 4 p.m. Thursday. He was last seen leaving his neighborhood near Florence Boulevard and Coolidge Avenue in his 1994 blue-gray Ford Explorer with handicapped plate GYW93.

Police said Meier suffers from dementia, and is possibly headed to San Diego where he has relatives in the area.

Meier is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has hazel eyes and grey/bald hair. He was last seen wearing a black tank top, black jeans, black boots, and a black baseball cap with a Harley Davison logo.

Anyone who comes into contact with Meier is asked to contact the Casa Grande Police Department immediately at 520-421-8700 or call 911.
